Frequently asked Questions
Any item purchased will be shipped within 2 working days of receiving payment. The delivery time might vary depending on which area you are situated in. If you need it faster, please contact me and we can make an arrangement.
Payfast is enabled on our website, however, if you would prefer to do an EFT, please contact me for the banking details.
All of our products are checked before they are shipped to you for any issues. If you receive the product and you are unhappy with it and would like to exchange it, please contact me within 7 days of receiving it. Our Punch Needle Purses are one of a kind, so we would be happy to do a refund if you are unhappy with the item, given it is returned to us unused and in original condition.
Our custom orders turn around time might be a bit longer depending on which product. We will require payment made upfront and we do not accept returns on these orders.
